Property was relaxing, we loved this place.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay at Maya Vacanze Playa Aventura in Playa del Carmen. the location was particularly good. the staff was amazingly nice! . the hotel was only a 5-minute drive from National Show Center. I had such a great stay.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beach and good restaurants, several good restaurants on the next road over, and playa del carmen. Also, the venue was only 1 km to St Paul's Church.
The room I booked was rather small!

Quick response to AC issue, attentive staff. Grocery store nearby, great Venezuelan restaurant close by. En-suite bathroom and kitchen, AC and fan worked well with hot water. Beautiful shared backyard for breakfast. Super nice and helpful staff, great location. Would stay again.

Fantastic people managing this place and very spacious room with all required equipment. Also, a laundry service just in front of the building.
Located in a residential area with not many restaurants or shopping nearby. Also, had trouble finding the hotel as the photo wasn't accurate and the office was across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya Vacanze Playa Aventura. The staff was very responsive and attentive, especially when we had an issue with the AC. They quickly fixed it and made sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great - it's away from the busy areas, making it quieter and more peaceful. The owner, Julian, is super friendly and helpful. The small kitchen in our room had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and making guacamole. The bed was comfortable, and the overall feeling of the place was cozy. The WiFi and A/C both worked really well, and housekeeping came by a few times to check if we needed anything. Check-in was smooth and they even helped me buy a mobile sim.
